Important Notice for New Students and Current Students (Updated on May 7th, 2020)
Due to the declaration of emergency by Japanese government, we decided not to give students the classes on-site at our school.
Instead, the classes are going to be given only online for the time being.
*Library and study room are going to be closed until 10:00 on June 1th.
Start Date of Online Classes : April 13th (Mon)
For lessons after Thursday April 29th, Akamonkai will hold current online lessons until Friday May 8th. We also have decided to offer the online lessons on public holidays (April 29th, May 4th, 5th, and 6th) as well. During the period, teachers will check your attendance as usual. So please make sure to put [(Name of your level)(Your Student Number)(Your name)(Keyword)] in title of email, and send it to your teacher. There will no classes on Saturday and Sunday (May 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th).
We will be in contact you again regarding the lessons after Monday May 11th.
For the details of the classes, please refer to the guideline and Excel files below.
- Find out your own student No., and note your level and class on the Excel file.
- Come and take your class material at the time and the place that are put right next to the class level.
- Class Hours
For the morning class students, please watch and take the classes between 10am - 12pm (noon). Class attendance will be taken during 12pm (noon) - 12.30pm.
For the afternoon class students, please watch and take the classes between 2pm - 4pm. Class attendance will be taken during 4pm - 4.30pm.
The guidance on the way of taking classes and attendances will be informed you by the school later.
Basically, we have 4 videos for 25 - 30 mins each per lesson. However, if their volume of the date is too heavy, they could be more than 4 videos. you'll be watching the files of videos for one lesson per day. Please watch each of them in right order.
Further changes could be made depending on the situation.
